The Future Leaders Concept….

The Concept - The Why –it’s everything that you have read so far and more.  Its about creating a pathway for our kids to leverage the 4C’s of education (http://www.nea.org/assets/docs/A-Guide-to-Four-Cs.pdf), discover new ways of thinking and learning with the goal of preparing our children for the new world that is rapidly approaching all of us.

The Programs - The What – Its easier for us to cover the “what” next because they are abundant. The “whats” are the camps, classes, teams etc… that are available.  We are not short of “what’s”, we could have our children’s entire schedule filled with classes, camps and practices.  The real need is not more “whats” but services/camps, classes, teams that are teaching our kids leadership, critical thinking, teamwork, collaboration, confidence all while allowing them to discover their talents and fostering development in areas of interests they are most attracted to. Its not the “what” that is needed, its “how” it is taught, coached or experienced.

The Process - The How – This is where everything separates, our objective is to teach, train, celebrate and promote the organizations that are truly gifted in development, not only in their craft but also in leadership.  

We believe there are 3 simple concepts that form the objective of our platform:

Aggregation - we want to become a conduit to programs in our area that are enriching, challenging and are designed to help our future leaders develop into who they want to be in the world.

Planning - Our world is filled with options for our children, camps, sports, classes, everything you can imagine is available to our kids today, but what programs actually help your child develop.

Exploration - some of the best forms of education is through experiential learning, but many times our kids are not allowed to experience, they are told what to create or do and the opportunity for exploration is lost.
